Absolutely no expense was spared to make this one of the best running, most fully sorted out Italias in the world.

When acquired by the owner in 1999, this was an excellent looking and driving car with approximately 38,000 actual miles. The purchase price was $37,000. From the year 2000 to mid-2003, the owner undertook a complete renovation to bring this car up to modern standards of quality, workmanship and usability.

There's an incredibly long list of modifications and improvements that have been done to this auto-mobile. The improvements are far too extensive to describe here however, the seller will be happy to explain them over the phone. Also, they are fully documented and photographed in a binder, which accompanies the car. Suffice it to say that an additional $40,000 has been invested in this automobile since it was purchased in 1999.

The beautiful Italia was restored, not as Concours "trailer queen", but rather as a highly competitive vintage rally car. The car has successfully completed five Copperstate 1000 rallies, as well as two Texas 1000 rallies. There are approximately nine thousand miles on the automobile, with the exception of the beautiful Ferrari Fly Yellow paint job, since restoration.

Special attention was paid to make the car as comfortable as it is potent. Additional emphasis was placed on making the car usable for both a tall or average size driver.

This beautiful Italia has been selected to be featured in an extensive article in the world famous British car magazine "Classic and Sports Car." The asking price of $58,000 purchases one of the finest Italias in the world.
